Within Retention Pro there is a section for Data which refers to our connection with your Point of Sale system and the way that we gather information.

Under the Data tab, the main options are:

  • Data Sources - On this page you can add new data sources.  You would use this if you change your server in the shop or if a password needs to be updated for our connection to your point of sale.

  • Imported Lists - On this page you can upload spreadsheets to send direct mail and email campaigns to customers onUnder the Data tab, you’ll find the following main options: a list. How Do I Import A List? (also known as MyList)
