Navex Retention Pro Capabilities
This article is for the connection between Solera-Navex and Retention Pro.
The data connection or "sync" between the Navex system and Retention Pro is triggered by adding new information into your Navex system. This means that if you add a new Repair Order or Customer in Navex it will trigger a sync automatically with Retention Pro to bring that information into our system.
Information:
Retention Pro remains connected to Solera-Navex via a service uploader installed on your shop's host computer.

Above are the items we are able to read in a sync with Solera-Navex. Please note that our ability to connect with Navex is currently only a one-way connection. We are able to read information from Navex but we are not able to write information back to Navex.
