MaxxTraxx Retention Pro Capabilities
This article is for the connection between MaxxTraxx by Scott Systems and Retention Pro.
The data connection or "sync" between the MaxxTraxx system and Retention Pro is triggered by adding new information into your MaxxTraxx system. This means that if you add a new Repair Order or Customer in MaxxTraxx it will trigger a sync automatically with Retention Pro to bring that information into our system.

Above are the items we are able to read in a sync with MaxxTraxx by Scott Systems. Please note that our ability to connect with MaxxTraxx is currently only a one-way connection. We are able to read information from MaxxTraxx but we are not able to write information back to MaxxTraxx.
