At the top right hand corner of the Retention Pro screen we have a few “quick select” icons for ease of navigation. All of the icons, when selected, will direct you to a specific set of information within Retention Pro.
Below is a listing of the icons as well as links to pages that explain more about them.
If you are in the mobile/compressed view of our site these icons will be at the top of your navigation menu when you click on the three lines at the top left corner of your screen.
Initials
If you click on the initials at the top right it will open 2 options. One is to view your user profile, this is where you can see the email address for your user, the display name, and the avatar for your user. The other option is Logout which will simply log you out of your session in Retention Pro.Magnifying Glass
The magnifying glass will open the search box that will allow you to search for customer profiles - Also see How Do I See A Customer's Profile?Message Bubble
The messaging bubble will indicate if you have unread messages, clicking on it opens a preview pane of your unread messages with the option to View All Messages and go to the Messaging Center - Also see Message CenterCalendar Page
This icon will alert you to appointments that come in through the Retention Pro appointment scheduler. From here you can Approve or Cancel the requested appointment and go to the main appointments page - Also see Appointments Screen or CalendarPhone
Clicking on the phone icon allows you to open the Call Tracking page where you can also see things like your texting number - See What Is Call Tracking?
The bell will allow you to view current and previous alerts from BOLT ON Technology and Retention Pro regarding new features, announcements, updates, or service disruptions.
