Within Retention Pro there are Vehicle Profiles that can house a lot of useful information regarding a customer's vehicle.
To view the Vehicle Profile you can click on that Vehicle in the info panel available on the Repair Orders screen (please see Repair Orders Page Overview) or you can open it from the Customer Profile of the customer who owns the Vehicle (please see How Do I See A Customer's Profile?)
If you are accessing it from the Customer Profile you would click on the Show Details button next to the Vehicle listing.
This will open the Vehicle Profile for that specific Vehicle. At the top of the profile will be any information entered for that Vehicle in your Point of Sale such as the Vin Number, Plate Number, and Mileage. You can also access the Remove/Sold option from here - see How Do I Remove a Vehicle?
Below that area will be a listing of the Repair Orders, Inspections, and Recommendations that we are able to see for that Vehicle.
Please Note that we are not able to see Recommendations or Sub Estimates for all Point of Sale systems.
