The customer profiles in Retention Pro contain a lot of very useful information that relate to your customers and their activity.

Once you have opened a customer's profile you will see that the main page looks like this;
As you scroll through the customer profile you will have different information available on everything from customer information, repair orders, vehicles, and marketing.
The top of the page contains Contact Details, Subscribe/unsubscribe status, spending and visit activity, and a map that shows the customer's location.
Please note that the Customer Map will only populate if the customer's address is on file.
Next there will be a more detailed breakdown of the customer's information. From here you can check if their street address or email address has been validated and you can disable or remove phone numbers. Please see Deleting or disabling a customer's phone number
Then you will come to the areas that include the Repair Orders and Vehicles associated with that customer. You will be able to view the details for any of the repair orders or vehicles listed in these sections.
Lastly, at the bottom of the customer profile, there will be a section titled Marketing History. This section allows you to view any and all marketing that has been sent out to that specific customer through our system. So, for example, if your customer Jane calls in and says she got a text message about scheduling an appointment a few weeks ago you can look here to see which message she received.
When using this section of the customer profile you will want to click on the options for Area Mail, Direct Mail, Email, and Text Message to view the items in those specific marketing formats.
