What is the BOLT ON Technology PitStop Website Add-On?
- BOLT ON Technology’s PitStop Websites are an excellent solution for establishing a professional online presence for your shop, while seamlessly incorporating online appointment scheduling and providing valuable resources for your customers.
- With our user-friendly website integration, you can effortlessly create and update your website using much of the information you've already provided in your Retention Pro system. Simply select a template, use the “Site Info” guided set up, and then customize the site from the user friendly Site Editor.
- Direct integrations with the Retention Pro system will be available for the website including: Appointment Scheduling, Google Review Feeds, and Vehicle Look-up.

How to Access the Website Add-On
- To access the PitStop Websites you will first need to log in to Retention Pro using your regular log in credentials. If you are having trouble logging in to Retention Pro please see Trouble Logging Into Retention Pro
- Select Management at the top of your screen and click on Websites from the left side menu.
- This will open the main Website page, if you have not already created a website with us you will see Templates that are available for you to choose from.
- Ability to access the Websites requires either the Shop Success Premium Annual Subscription or the optional add-on for other packages.
- If you have already picked a template you click on the Edit button from this page and the website editor will open in a new tab of your browser.
