How Do I Unsubscribe A Customer In Message Manager Pro?
We do not currently have a way to unsubscribe a customer directly from within Message Manager Pro but there are a couple of options that you can use to prevent them from receiving messages.
How To:
- The customer unsubscribes from their end
- If your customer does not want to receive text messages from your Message Manager Pro phone number they can unsubscribe from their end.
- Your customer will just need to text in with the word "Stop" and then they will be unsubscribed from messaging.

- You change the number type in your shop management system
- If you want to stop your customer from receiving text messages without requiring them to text in as stated above, you can modify the label associated with their phone number.
- In your Shop Management System you will have labels for phone numbers like "Cell", "Home", and "Work". You can change this label to something along the lines of "Cell - Do Not Text" or "Do Not Text - Call Only"
- This prevents Message Manager Pro from seeing that phone number as being available for automated messaging.
