Can I Do A Text Campaign In A Different Language?

What To Do First
If you want to set up a campaign in another language, then you would first need to add a “Source” in your Point of Sale labeling them ENG = English, FR = French, and SP=Spanish. This will allow you to set a campaign to send out utilizing that source and make sure that only those customers are receiving the message in their preferred language.
For Spanish speaking customers - You can also label which of your customers will need communications in Spanish through Retention Pro by using the language selector on the customer profiles as shown below. This selection will need to be manually updated for each customer you wish to receive campaigns in Spanish.

What Point Of Sales Systems Can Use Customer Source?
Retention Pro can currently read customer source from:

Setting the Filter for the Campaign
Once you have made that change and we have brought over the updated information in a sync, either you or your rep can add/create campaigns with the other language type.
In the campaign, under Additional Filters, you will click on either the Language Preference or Source filter depending on how you have labeled your customers.
If you used the language selector on the customer profile in Retention Pro then you will use the Language Preference filter as shown below. When you change the filter setting to Spanish it will only send to those customers who have been labeled for Spanish in Retention Pro.

If you are using the Source option in your point of sale you would click on Source. In the box you will choose what the labeled the second language IE.. SP, FR etc.. See the example below:
