Sometimes a text message will show as “undelivered” in the Messaging Center even though the number is a valid mobile number that should be available for messages.

There are a number of reasons why a text message might not get delivered, but some of the most common reasons are;
- The recipient opted out of messages
- This may occur if their carrier automatically removes them from the messaging list when they respond with words like "Stop" or "Unsubscribe."
- The recipient blocked your phone number
- There were network problems with the recipient's carrier
- The carrier is blocking your message due to a 10DLC Registration issue (please see 10DLC Registration for more information on that)
If you think that the recipient may have previously opted out of receiving messages from your shop but now wishes to resume communication, they can easily opt back in by sending the word "Start" to your shop's texting line.
