Sometimes a text message will show as “undelivered” in the Messaging Center even though the number is a valid mobile number that should be available for messages.

There are a number of reasons why a text message might not get delivered, but some of the most common reasons are;
- The recipient opted out of messages
- The recipient blocked your phone number
- There were network problems with the recipient's carrier
- The carrier is blocking your message due to a 10DLC Registration issue (please see 10DLC Registration for more information on that)
If you believe they may have opted out of messages from your shop at some point but they do want to receive messages again they would just need to text in to your shop’s texting line with “Start” to opt back in.
