In Retention Pro you will have a phone number assigned to you that will be used for your outbound texting.
You can find your shop’s outbound texting number in two different areas within Retention Pro.

The first way is by clicking on Management at the top of your screen.

Under Company Settings select Messaging from the side directory, the texting number will be there labeled as “Outbound Text Number”

The second way to find your texting would be by clicking on the phone icon in your quick access area. For more information on the quick access area please see What Are The Icons At The Top Right For?

From the “Call Tracking” screen you will look under “My Phone Numbers”

The texting number will appear under the “Phone Number” column and you should see your shop phone listed under “Routes To” next to it.
Your shop phone showing under “Routes To” means that if anyone calls in on your texting number those calls will ring through to your shop phone.
