How to change the email address in Retention Pro that receives replies from email campaigns.
When you activate an Email Campaign in Retention Pro customers may reply to that campaign via email. These responses go to the Company Contact Email that has been entered in your Company Settings.
To see what that email address is go to Management at the top of your screen. Company Settings will be the first page that loads under Management.
From the Shop Information tab of Company Settings you will find a field for "Company Contact Email" towards the bottom.
This is the email address that replies to email campaign will forward to. If you need to change it simply type in the new email address and click the Update button at the bottom.
