Campaign Settings and General Campaign Info

Under Campaigns in Retention Pro there is a section for Campaign Settings which allows you to view your scheduled holidays (when campaigns will not send), add custom holds, and adjust a few campaign limits.

Custom Campaign Holds

To prevent campaigns from sending to your customers over a specific time frame you can add a Custom Campaign Hold. For example, if you plan to close for a week the hold will prevent customers from receiving any text messages during this time. Campaigns will start back the following business day. This will stop direct mail campaigns and block appointments from being made if you use the Retention Pro appointment scheduler.

Custom Campaign Email

This is the contact that customers will see Retention Pro emails are from. Please note, it will show from Company Name and replies will be sent to the Company Contact email address on file under Company Settings.

No Reply Limit

The no reply limit is a feature that prevents your customers from receiving too many unwanted text messages. For instance, when the no reply limit for texting is set to 2 as shown below, if your customer decides not to respond to 2 text messages they will not receive a campaign for 365 days. Default settings are Maximum number of texts without a reply 2, days before delivering 365.

Campaign Rate Limits

Campaign Rate Limits controls how many emails you can send to one customer in a selected timeframe. The default setting is 3 days within a 10 day period and may be adjusted according to preference.

Holiday Campaign Settings

 These are holidays we will automatically not send messages by default they are turned off. If your shop will be open on one of the national holidays listed, click the toggle to turn it on!
