Text Message campaigns will generally send out within an hour of being activated but there can be a few exceptions.
When you are ready to activate your one-time campaign you have the option to send now or send later.
If you select Send Now and then click the Finalize and Activate button your campaign will queue to send within the next 30 minutes. Depending on the amount of texts you are sending out it may take a little longer.
If you select Send Later and then click the Finalize and Schedule button after selecting a time for the campaign to go out the messages will begin queuing to send at your scheduled time. From there the messages should start sending out within the next 30 minutes.
Please note, if you try and send a text message outside of business hours they will not send until the next open business hours we have listed for your shop.
