How Do I Contact Bolt On?

Please note that our Support team is only available Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm Eastern time.

There are a few different ways to contact us for help, you can submit a ticket, send an email, or call in through one of our phone lines.

Submitting a Ticket

First, from this screen, you can scroll to the bottom of any page/article and select "Can't find what you need? Submit a Support Ticket here!"

Secondly, from Retention Pro, you can select the Help option at the top of your screen.

This will open a new tab in your browser that will look like this -

From this page you can click on the tile that says Bolt On Technology in the center of the page to open all the Support options.

From here you will select the type of ticket you wish to submit and then fill out the form accordingly.  Once done you can submit the ticket directly to our Support team.

Sending an Email

To contact the Support team by email you can use support@boltontechnology.com or support@myshopmanager.com

Please note that emails sent to this address do go through our ticketing system so you will receive automated responses as well as responses from a support representative.

 

Calling In

To contact our support team by phone you can call 1-833-676-4357 (833-MSM-HELP) or 1-610-400-1019 if you are an existing customer.

If you are not currently a customer and you are interested in learning more about Bolt On you can call 1-833-676-7253.
