How Can I Edit Customer Information?

Customer information in the Retention Pro system comes from your Point of Sale system.

If you need to update a customer’s name, address, or phone number, you’ll first need to make those changes in your point-of-sale system.  For more information on how we read information from your point of sale please find it listed here - What is a Sync? and Data Connectivity Articles

Once you have updated the customer information in your point-of-sale you should see the changes reflected within 24-48 hours! If you do not, please contact our support team so we can take a closer look.


We are not able to edit customer information directly within Retention Pro.
