How to edit your customer's information in the Retention Pro system

If you need to change a customer's name, address, or phone number then first you will need to update their information within your point-of-sale. Once you have updated their information in your point-of-sale you should see the changes reflected within 24-48 hours! If you do not, please contact our support team so we can take a closer look.


We are not able to edit customer information directly within Retention Pro.
