Can I Send An Image In A Text Campaign?

Unfortunately, text message campaigns in Retention Pro do not support the ability to include images. Text message campaigns can only consist of text.

You can send images to customers individually in the messaging center. For more information on sending individual images see How Do You Send Photos via Text?

If you are looking to send an image or flyer to a group of customers we generally recommend sending it as an email campaign.  Email campaigns have the advantage of being able to include multiple images and they can be sent to as many customers as you would like.
