Can I Send An Image In A Text Campaign?

This article applies to adding images to automated text campaigns in Retention Pro.

At this time, Retention Pro text message campaigns support text only and do not allow images to be included.

You can send images to customers individually in the messaging center. For more information on sending individual images see How Do You Send Photos via Text?

 

If you want to send an image or flyer to a group of customers, we recommend using an email campaign instead. Email campaigns let you include multiple images and send them to as many customers as you need.
