      Can Customers See The Notes On The Vehicle Profile?

      You can make notes on a Vehicle profile in Retention Pro.

      Within Retention Pro you can add notes on both the customer profiles and the vehicle profiles. These are for internal use only and can be seen by a user with a Retention Pro log in.  For more information on Vehicle Profiles please see Vehicle Profiles in Retention Pro

      We do have the Vehicle Look Up tool for your website that directly connects to the vehicle profiles in Retention Pro so customers can look up their vehicle's repair history from your website.

      While this will show your customers all of the repair orders for a specific vehicle, it still will not show any notes made for that vehicle.
