Set the Location for the Report Directory

Things To Note

• This is automatically set to the default C:\BOT\Reports\.

• Report Pro will prompt for the location of the Reports folder when the OS (Operating System) is not installed on the C:\ drive or if an Anti-Virus program has quarantined a file.

• If the Anti-Virus quarantined file(s) they must be restored before the location path can be reset.

How To

1. If prompted by Report Pro for the location of the reports folder type C:\BOT\Reports\

2. If an Anti-Virus program has quarantined files:

   1. Go into your Anti-Virus program and restore those files (C:\BOT\Reports\). This varies depending on the anti-virus program you have. Here are some helpful links for common Anti-Virus software:

      1. Eset

      2. Mcafee

      3. Malwarebytes

      4. Norton

      5. Webroot

      6. Bitdefender

      7. Avast

      8. Windows Defender
