Turning a Continuous Campaign Off/On in Retention Pro

You can change the status of campaigns directly from the Campaigns section for that campaign type.

To start or stop a continuous campaign in Retention Pro, first click Campaigns at the top of your screen. Then, from the menu on the left, choose Text Message, Email, or Direct Mail, depending on the type of campaign you want to manage. 

For this example we will look at a continuous Text Message campaign.

Next to each campaign you will have columns for Edit, Track, and Status

The Edit button will open the campaign edit screen where you can change the wording of the campaign and the filter settings.  For more information please see How Can I Edit A Text Campaign?

The Track button will open the tracking for that campaign where you can see who the campaign was sent to and the activity of those customers after receiving the campaign.  For more information please see Text Message Campaign Tracking

The Status toggle will allow you to turn the campaign off or on directly from the Campaigns screen.

activatecamp3 If the Status toggle is Green that means that the Campaign is currently active.

activatecamp4 If the Status toggle is Grey that means that the Campaign is currently inactive.

To change the Status of a campaign, simply click on the toggle next to that specific campaign.  If you would like to Stop the campaign, or turn it off, you would click on the toggle to change it to Grey.  If you would like the Start the campaign, or activate it, you would click on the toggle to change it to Green.

If a campaign is currently inactive and the toggle cannot be clicked to activate it, this is likely because the necessary filters have not been configured for the campaign. Please ensure that all required filters are set before attempting to activate the campaign.
