Thank You Letters And Surveys

Thank you Letters are a direct mail campaign type within the Retention Pro system.

Retention Pro offers two different types of Thank you letters. Both will tell your customer "thank you"," this makes your customers feel appreciated and this will help with retention. It also serves as a reminder to your customers about the wide range of repairs and services you provide. This is going to lock out your competitors and direct the customer to come back to you for all repairs. 

You can choose between a survey letter and a referral letter.

The survey letter asks for customer feedback with a few standard questions about their visit. The customer can then tear off the lower half and send it back postage free in a pre-paid envelope. We will receive their handwritten evaluation, scan them in, and they will be published to your Retention Pro Reviews page where you can see them and have access to put them on your own website.  The time it takes to receive your survey responses may fluctuate depending on postal delivery times.

The referral offer replaces the survey with two $20 referral coupons for your customer to pass on to their friends and family which gives both parties a $20 credit.
