How Do I Print Lube Stickers?

Retention Pro includes a feature that lets you print lube stickers directly from repair orders.

To print lube stickers you will first need to open that customer's current repair order in Retention Pro and click the blue 🔵 Lube Sticker button at the top left of the repair order. For more information on how to view Repair Orders in Retention Pro please see How Do I See A Repair Order?

Keep in mind that this button will only appear if both mileage in and mileage out are entered while the repair order was open. If either value is missing Retention Pro will not have the information it needs to calculate the next service interval, and the Lube Sticker button will not populate.

At this time we can only print stickers to the DYMO LabelWriter 450 Direct Thermal Label Printer and using the following labels-

Short Labels (1 1/4" x 2 1/4")

Long Clear Labels (1-1/8'' x 3-1/2)
