How Can I See My Return On Investment For Retention Pro?
Retention Pro provides an at-a-glance summary of your estimated Return on Investment directly from your Dashboard.

If you’ve recently started using Retention Pro, or have just begun sending campaigns, this summary may not appear on your Dashboard yet.
You will find the summary at the top right of the Dashboard.
This data represents the total revenue generated by all of your campaigns over the last 90 days (a rolling 90 days) and an estimate of your return on investment for your Retention Pro subscription. It is calculated by taking the overall visits of customers who received campaigns within the last 90 days (if a customer received more than one campaign they are only counted once) and comparing it to your subscription and campaign costs.
You can also click on View Performance Details to see more information about the performance of your campaigns. From there you can find the analytics for each campaign you have sent including the total visit spending and the average spending per message.
