You can choose between 15, 30, and 60 minute time intervals for your Retention Pro Appointment Scheduler.
When utilizing the Retention Pro online Appointment Scheduler widget on your shop's website, you can customize the scheduling options to effectively manage when your customers are able to book appointments. One of these options is through setting a scheduling interval.
- First select Service from your Retention Pro screen
- Then choose Appointments from the left side menu
- From the Appointments screen click on Setup at the top right
- This will open your Appointment Settings. Select Scheduler from the Settings page.
The options available from the Scheduler menu are as follows:
- Scheduler Buffer - How far in advanced a customer must schedule an appointment (in hours)
- If you do not want customers to be able to schedule appointments within a week you would set it to 168
- Scheduler Time Range - The interval (in minutes) you would like appointments to be scheduled in
- Be default this will be 15 minutes.
- You can set this to either 15, 30, or 60 minutes depending on what works best for your shop.
- When set to 15 minutes customers will be able to choose appointment times like 9:15am, 9:30am, 9:45am, 10:00am, 10:15am, etc.
- When set to 30 minutes customers will be able to choose appointment times like 9:00am, 9:30am, 10:00am, 10:30am, etc.
- When set to 60 minutes customers will be able to choose appointment times like 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am, etc.
- After these two options you can set specific hours/days that you are available to accept appointments and drop off/loaner options.
- Remember to click on the Update Scheduler button at the bottom to save any changes you have made.
