Employee Reports

The Employee Reports section of Analytics in Retention Pro will show employee metrics if we are able to read them from your shop management system.

You can find these reports by clicking on Analytics at the top of your screen in Retention Pro and then selecting Employees from the left side menu.

• Employee Efficiency - Metrics to show employee hours and efficiency based on repair orders. For more information on the Employee Efficiency Report please see How are Labor and Hours calculated in Retention Pro?
• Service Writer Declined - Shows declined work for each service writer if we are able to read declined items from your shop management system.
