Within Retention Pro there are some reports that relate to employee labor and hours.
Because there is not a time clock feature available in Retention Pro, Labor and Hours in Retention Pro will come directly from the line items on your Repair Orders as we sync them in from your shop management system.
This is an example of line items as seen on a Repair Order in Retention Pro:
The HOURS column shows the time logged in the shop management system for each line item. To determine the hours for the employee assigned to this repair order Retention Pro would combine those times.
These hours are then used in some of the Reports available in the Analytics section of Retention Pro. The main report for these items is the Employee Efficiency report. You can find this report by clicking on Analytics at the top of your screen and selecting Employees from the left side menu.
The Employee Efficiency report includes the following data sets:
- Hours - Total hours listed on line items for employees per day
- Revenue - Labor totals for employees per day
- Revenue Per Hour - Average Labor for employees per hour per day
- Gross Profit - Profit margins for employees per day
- Gross Profit Per Hour - Average Profit margins for employees per hour per day
- Repair Count - Total Repair Order counts for employees per day
- Hours Per Repair - Average Hours Per Repair for employees per day
The Employee Efficiency report can be printed using the Print button at the top right of the report. If you are only wanting to print certain data sets or do not want to print the graphs themselves you can use the Hide button on each graph to remove it from view.
