      Can Retention Pro Show The Appointments From My Point Of Sale?

      The Appointments area of Retention Pro includes a calendar which may be able to show Appointments from your Shop Management System.

      Depending on which shop management system you are using we may be able to read the Appointments from it to show on the Appointments screen in Retention Pro, with some systems we also have the functionality to write back Appointments created in Retention Pro to your shop management system.

      If we are able to read the Appointments from your shop management system then this allows Appointment Reminders to send out in Retention Pro.  If we are able to write back Appointments to your shop management system this would allow for appointments created through the online scheduler to be shown on your shop management system calendar as well.

      It is important to note that we do not have Appointment capabilities with all systems that we integrate with.


      Below is a listing of our Appointment capabilities for each system we can integrate with:

      • Mitchell1 - We can both read and write back Appointments with the Mitchell1 system.  This means that appointments created in Mitchell1 will show in Retention Pro and appointments created in Retention Pro will show in Mitchell1.
      • Tekmetric - We can both read and write back Appointments with the Tekmetric system provided that webhooks have been enabled for your data connection. With webhooks enabled, appointments created in Tekmetric will show in Retention Pro and appointments created in Retention Pro will show in Tekmetric.
      • NapaTracs Enterprise (SQL) - We can both read and write back Appointments with the NapaTracs Enterprise system.  This means that appointments created in NapaTracs Enterprise will show in Retention Pro and appointments created in Retention Pro will show in NapaTracs Enterprise.
      • Protractor API - We can read Appointments with the Protractor API system provided that webhooks have been enabled, we are not currently able to write back Appointments with Protractor API. Appointments created in Protractor API will show in Retention Pro.
      • ShopWare - We can read Appointments with the ShopWare system, we are not currently able to write back Appointments with ShopWare.  Appointments created in ShopWare will show in Retention Pro.
      • ShopMonkey - We can read Appointments with the ShopMonkey system provided that webhooks have been enabled, we are not currently able to write back Appointments with ShopMonkey. Appointments created in ShopMonkey will show in Retention Pro.
      • ROWriter (version 2+) - We can read Appointments with the ROWriter 2+ system, we are not currently able to write back Appointments with ROWriter 2+.  Appointments created in ROWriter 2+ will show in Retention Pro.

      • Vast DesktopAPI - We can read Appointments with the Vast system, we are not currently able to write back Appointments with Vast.  Appointments created in Vast will show in Retention Pro.

        • Note that appointments in Vast will also sync into Retention Pro as open repair orders with $0 totals.

      • Colony Tire - ASA TireMaster Enterprise FTP - We are not currently able to read or write back Appointments with Colony Tire - ASA TireMaster.
      • Costar - We are not currently able to read or write back Appointments with Costar.

      • GEM-CAR - We are not currently able to read or write back Appointments with GEM-CAR.

      • Identifix Direct Shop Online - We can read Appointments with the Identifix system, we are not currently able to write back Appointments with Identifix.  Appointments created in Identifix will show in Retention Pro.

      • ROWriter Gen 1 - We can read Appointments with the ROWriter Gen 1 system, we are not currently able to write back Appointments with ROWriter Gen 1.  Appointments created in ROWriter Gen 1 will show in Retention Pro.

      • Lankar - We can read Appointments with the Lankar system, we are not currently able to write back Appointments with Lankar.  Appointments created in Lankar will show in Retention Pro.
