Can I Respond to Google Reviews in Retention Pro?

Responding to Google Reviews from within Retention Pro is only available for Reputation Manager subscribers.

 

To start responding to Google reviews through Retention Pro, you must be subscribed to Reputation Manager and connect your Google My Business account. The person completing this setup must be the owner of the Google My Business page.

 

  1. Select Reviews from the left side menu under Service

  2. Click SetUp at the top right of the Reviews page

  3. Click Add source.

  4. Select Google My Business from the dropdown and click add source.

  5. Follow the prompts on the screen. 

  6. Once that is complete you will be able to respond to reviews via Retention Pro.

Once setup is complete, you can respond to Google reviews from the Reviews page in Retention Pro by following these steps:

  • Select Reviews from the left side menu under Service
  • Click on the customer’s name in the Reviews list to open and read their review.
  • From the panel that opens:
    • The customer's review will be at the top under Review
    • In the box labeled Respond publicly on Google you can type a reply to their review.
      • You can also click the star to the right of the heading for the reply box to access Canned Responses.  These allow you to quickly reply to reviews.
      • To edit or add these responses select Manage Templates after you have clicked on the star icon.
    • Click the Send button to send your reply.
