What To Do First
If you want to set up a campaign in another language, then you would first need to add a “Source” in your Point of Sale labeling them ENG = English, FR = French, and SP=Spanish. This will allow you to set a campaign to send out utilizing that source and make sure that only those customers are receiving the message in their preferred language.

Setting the Filter for the Campaign
Once you have made that change and we have brought over the updated information in a sync, either you or your rep can add/create campaigns with the other language type.
In the campaign, under Additional Filters, you will click on Source. In the box you will choose what the labeled the second language IE.. SP, FR etc..
