Why Can't I See The Billing Page?

Not all users will have access to the Billing page in Retention Pro.

If you are attempting to view the Billing page in Retention Pro and you instead see a screen that looks like this:

PermissionDenied

That means that you do not have the correct user type to view the Billing page.  

 

The Billing page is a restricted page for security purposes, meaning that it can only be viewed by an Owner level user.  If you attempt to access it as a Standard/Member or Technician level user you will encounter the Permission Denied screen.

If your user level needs to be changed you will need to contact us directly at 610-400-1019.  We will need to verify the creation of a new Owner level user with a current Owner level user for your shop.
