Why Can't I See The Billing Page?

Not all users will have access to the Billing page in Retention Pro.

If you are attempting to view the Billing page in Retention Pro and you instead see a screen that looks like this:

PermissionDenied

This means that your user role does not have permission to view the Billing page.

 

For security purposes, the Billing page is restricted and can only be accessed by an Owner-level user. If you try to open it as a Standard/Member or Technician level user, you will see the Permission Denied message shown above.

If your user level needs to be changed you will need to contact us directly at 610-400-1019.  We will need to verify the creation of a new Owner level user with a current Owner level user for your shop.
