      Why Can't I Print Lube Stickers Or Key Tags From My Tablet?

      You can print Lube Stickers and Key Tags through Mobile Manager Pro on your tablets provided it is set up correctly.

      Things to Note

      • Tablets can print using Cloud Printing
      • You will need to determine the current Windows computer names of your Lube Sticker host and/or your Key Tag host in order to complete this procedure
      • Keep in mind that if the computer name has changed you will need to reconfigure these settings.

      How To

      For a Lube Sticker Printer:

      1. On the tablet, launch Mobile Manager Pro
      2. From the Work In Progress screen, touch the menu icon located in the upper left hand corner (three horizontal lines)
        1. The Mobile Manager Pro menu will appear on the left
      3. Choose Settings from the menu
        1. The main Settings page will be displayed
      4. Scroll down until you reach the Printers section
      5. Look to see if there is a computer name in the “Lube Sticker Computer” field
        1. If the field is blank, this would cause you to be unable to print Lube Stickers
        2. If the computer name is incorrect, this would cause you to be unable to print Lube Stickers
      6. Enter the correct computer name in the Lube Sticker Computer field
      7. Touch the menu icon located in the upper left hand corner (three horizontal lines) to save the computer name you just entered

      For a Key Tag Printer:

      1. On the tablet, launch Mobile Manager Pro
      2. From the Work In Progress screen, touch the menu icon located in the upper left hand corner (three horizontal lines)
        1. The Mobile Manager Pro menu will appear on the left
      3. Choose Settings from the menu
        1. The main Settings page will be displayed
      4. Scroll down until you reach the Printers section
      5. Look to see if there is a computer name in the “Key Tag Computer” field
        1. If the field is blank, this would cause you to be unable to print Key Tags
        2. If the computer name is incorrect, this would cause you to be unable to print Key Tags
      6. Enter the correct computer name in the Key Tag Computer field
      7. Touch the menu icon located in the upper left hand corner (three horizontal lines) to save the computer name you just entered
