Why Am I Not Receiving Appointment Request Notifications?

If you are not receiving Appointment Requests for the Appointment Integration in Pro Pack it is likely due to your email address being incorrect.

Things to Note

  • One possible cause is that you are not checking or using the correct email account based on what is entered in your Account Management Portal.

How To

  1. Open your Account Management Portal account
    1. See Logging in to Account Management for more information
  2. Click on Shop Information and find the email address listed on this page.
  3. If you no longer monitor this email account, please update it to a different email address where you would like to receive your Appointment Requests.
  4. Don’t forget to click the blue check mark at the bottom right to save your changes.

You will now start receiving Appointment Request Notification emails at the updated email address.
