Why Am I Not Getting Appointment Request Notifications?
If you are not receiving Appointment Requests for the Appointment Integration in Pro Pack, it is most likely because the email address on file is incorrect.
Things to Note
- One possible cause is that you’re checking a different email account than the one listed in your Account Management Portal.
How To
- Open your Account Management Portal account
- See Logging in to Account Management for more information
- Click on Shop Information and find the email address listed
- If you no longer use this email account, update it to an address where you want to receive Appointment Requests.
- Don’t forget to click the blue check mark at the bottom right to save your changes.
You will now start receiving Appointment Request Notification emails at the updated email address.
