If you are not receiving Appointment Requests for the Appointment Integration in Pro Pack it is likely due to your email address being incorrect.
Things to Note
- One possible cause is that you are not checking or using the correct email account based on what is entered in your Account Management Portal.
How To
- Open your Account Management Portal account
- See Logging in to Account Management for more information
- Click on Shop Information and find the email address listed on this page.
- If you no longer monitor this email account, please update it to a different email address where you would like to receive your Appointment Requests.
- Don’t forget to click the blue check mark at the bottom right to save your changes.
You will now start receiving Appointment Request Notification emails at the updated email address.
