When Will A One Time Email Campaign Go Out?

Once activated an email campaign will generally send out the same day but there can be timing related concerns that cause a delay.

Email campaigns are able to be sent out pretty frequently, however there are a few rules when we send mass emails that we follow to protect the company's email address as well as your shop's email address.

• Large numbers of emails are broken up into chunks of 500 per hour - i.e. 500 the first hour, another 500 the next hour, and so on until it finishes. 

• If it is nearing the end of your shop's operating hours, we will hold off on sending the remaining emails until 9 AM the next morning or the next open day for your shop, whichever comes first.
