Email campaigns can be sent out relatively often, but there are specific guidelines we adhere to when distributing mass emails. These guidelines help safeguard both the company's email address and your shop's email address.

Large numbers of emails are broken up into chunks of 500 per hour - i.e. 500 the first hour, another 500 the next hour, and so on until it finishes.

If it is nearing the end of your shop's operating hours, we will hold off on sending the remaining emails until 9 AM the next morning or the next open day for your shop, whichever comes first.
