We have variables that can be used in campaigns and canned/templated responses for most Social Media and Review sites.
There has been a growing need for shops to build an online presence and have reviews/recommendations from their customers. To accommodate this we do have options for generating links into campaigns and canned/templated responses.
First, you would need to add your social media or review site links into the Social section of Company Settings.
Select Management at the top of your screen and then click on Social from the Company Settings menu.
From here you can add links for Facebook, Google, Yelp, Twitter/X, Sure Critic, Mechanic Net, and Demand Force.
Once those are in place you would just need to use the corresponding variable when building a campaign or canned/templated response.
