What Repair Orders Will Be On The Dashboard?

The Retention Pro Dashboard will show recent Repair Orders in the Repair Order Details section.

The Repair Order Details section of the Dashboard displays the most recent closed or posted Repair Orders that we are able to see from your Point of Sale system. To view closed or posted Repair Orders from earlier dates, simply click on the Date box located at the top right of this section and select your desired date. Please note that the Repair Orders listed here are exclusively those that have been closed or posted; they do not include any Repair Orders that are still open or pending.Dash6-2

Depending on our connection capabilities with your Point of Sale system this may or may not reflect Repair Orders for the current business day. For some connections it can be normal to have the date shown be 24-48 hours behind the current business day while for other connections may reflect information closer to real time (generally within 30 minutes).

 

From the Repair Order Details section you can click on the Customer name to go to the Customer Profile or click on the Vehicle to go to the Vehicle Detail page.  Additionally, you click on the Show Details button to the right to see the full version of the Repair Order and have the option to print lube stickers and invoices.
