In the event that you choose to cancel your Retention Pro subscription, all scheduled and automated outgoing campaigns will be stopped immediately. However, your dedicated Retention Pro texting number will remain active for 30 days after cancellation. During this time, customers who have your shop’s number saved or who find it in past conversations can sometime still send text messages to that number.

If you do not plan to port your number to be used elsewhere, we recommend sending an update to your customers to share your new preferred texting number and communication channels. This helps to reduce missed messages and ensures your customers know how to keep in touch with you.
