What Do I Do If I Changed My of Point of Sale? - POS (Shop Management System)

If you have moved from one Shop Management System to another we will need to adjust our connection.

If you have changed the Point of Sale or Shop Management System in your shop, please contact Support so we can transfer our connection to your new Point of Sale. You can submit a ticket for it using the Support tab at the top of any Retention Pro screen or call in to the Support phone line (833-676-4357) for us to put in the ticket on your behalf.

Retention Pro can only "mirror" (be connected to) one Point of Sale at a time, so please ensure you've had your historical Repair Order data imported to your new point of sale before we change which one we are connected to.
