What are the system requirements for Retention Pro?
This article is regarding Retention Pro only and is not related to the Pro Pack system.
Because Retention Pro is browser-based, the system requirements are minimal. The primary requirement is a strong, stable internet connection to access the website.
Generally it is recommended that you have an internet speed of at least 25 Mbps for each computer or device accessing that connection. For instance, if your shop has two computers, you should aim for an internet speed of 50 Mbps or higher.
We do generally recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your browser. However, Retention Pro will also work with other browsers such as Microsoft Edge and Safari.
