This article is regarding Retention Pro only and is not related to the Pro Pack system.
Because Retention Pro is a browser based system the system requirements are very minimal.
The main requirement is that you have a good, stable, internet connection to access our website with.
Generally it is recommended that you have an internet speed of at least 25 Mbps for each computer or device accessing that connection. For instance, if your shop has two computers, you should aim for an internet speed of 50 Mbps or higher.
We do also generally recommend that you use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for your browser. However, our system will still work with other browsers like Edge and Safari.
