It includes features like campaigns that automate the process of requesting reviews from customers, daily notifications of reviews received, and a review dashboard with the ability to respond to reviews.
- Service Writer Training - Service Writer Training is a comprehensive 12-Module sales course that covers every aspect of the sales and management process. This course is all online and each training module is broken down into easy-to-understand videos that range from four to twelve minutes each in length. Each module also contains quizzes to ensure that you or your team have retained the information that you or they were taught.
- PitStop Websites - Included in Shop Success Essentials and Shop Success Premium subscriptions. PitStop Websites are an excellent solution for establishing a professional online presence for your shop, while seamlessly incorporating online appointment scheduling and providing valuable resources for your customers.
