- NextGear Inspections - BoltON Technology Digital Vehicle Inspection platform. Allows you to perform Inspections that include pictures and videos, send them to your customers, and utilize the recommended services from the Inspections in Retention Pro campaigns.
- Reputation Manager - Simply put Reputation Manager will empower your shop to have better access to your online reputation and help to build a positive presence. It includes features like campaigns that automate the process of requesting reviews from customers, daily notifications of reviews received, and a review dashboard with the ability to respond to reviews.
- Service Writer Training - Service Writer Training is a comprehensive 12-Module sales course that covers every aspect of the sales and management process. This course is all online and each training module is broken down into easy-to-understand videos that range from four to twelve minutes each in length. Each module also contains quizzes to ensure that you or your team have retained the information that you or they were taught.
- Website Launch + Reputation - Basic Website build package from templates with 1 hour of website consultation and 1/2 hour of website support every month. This is more of an entry level website package that will get your online presence started.
- Website Optimize + Reputation - Templated website build package that includes 10 branded email addresses, SEO Optimization, and 3 hours of website consultation every month.
- Website Scale + Reputation - Custom website design package that includes 15 branded email addresses, SEO Optimization, ADA Screenreader, and 10 hours of website consultation every month.
