Q: What if I want to make changes to my existing website?

A: You can request changes to your existing website by reaching out to your account rep.

Q: Can I use my existing domain if it is attached to another website?

A: Depends. If you own the domain then yes it can be pointed to your new website. 

Q: Why do I have to give you my host username/password?                

A: We require the current host/username/password so we can point the domain to your new site once you sign off on it.                 

                    

Q: Who is responsible for renewing the domain?

A: If we get the domain for you, we renew the domain automatically every 2 years. Otherwise, you are responsible for the renewal of the domain.    

Q: Who is responsible for renewing the domain’s SSL certificate?

A: If we get the domain for you, we renew the SSL certificate automatically. Otherwise, you are responsible for the renewal of the SSL certificate.    

Q: What is an SSL certificate?

A: SSL stands for “Secure Sockets Layer” which is a digital certificate that authenticates a website's identity and enables an encrypted connection. 

 

Q: Can I have a site custom built, not a template?

A: Yes, on our Scale Plan you can have us build a custom site by your design specifications. The sky's the limit with our Scale plan for only $297 a month.

                                   

Q: Can I sell parts, materials, and the like?

A: Yes, on our Scale Plan. Terms and conditions regarding E-commerce apply as well as content restrictions.

Q: What is domain email and will it be supported by my website?

A: Domain Email is when you have a company/shop email that is assigned to people who work in your shop. So instead of Joseph@gmail.com, it is Joseph@bolton.com.

Yes, we do support the use of domain email on our Accelerate and Scale plans. We give you 10 and 15 email inboxes respectfully. Domain email is not available with our Launch and Optimize plans.            

        

Q: What is an ADA Screen Reader?

A: A screen reader transmits whatever text is displayed on the computer screen into a form that a visually impaired user can process (usually tactile, auditory or a combination of both).

 

Q: Are there more than basic SEO Services available?

A: At this time we do not offer more than basic SEO services. We are more than willing to allow access to your site to any 3rd party SEO service.

 

Q: I want to add some custom changes to either the Appointment form, the service lookup, or the reviews. How do I go about doing that?

A: Changes to these forms are not allowed due to their programming nature. If you see errors or changes to offered services, hours, and so on please contact your account rep.
