      Voiding an Inspection Sticker

      How to void an inspection sticker that is no longer usable in MV-431

      Things To Note

      • Voiding is used for damaged stickers or stickers that are otherwise now unusable.

      • To replace a sticker (like if you replace a customer's windshield) please see Replace a sticker

      How To

      1. Open MV-431

      2. Select 431 Management 

        1. then Sticker mgmt.

        2. then Book/Sticker Management

      3. Navigate to the sticker you would like to void and highlight it

      4. Click VOID

      5. Hit YES on the prompt to void the sticker

      6. If needed, use the next prompt to copy information to a new sticker number
