Viewing your Review History in Review Manager

How to access reviews of your shop with Review Manager in Message Manager Pro

Things To Note

  • These reviews cannot be edited or deleted.
  • These reviews are pulled into this list from your Google and Facebook review pages; they are not collected directly through Review Manager.
  • Your Google and Facebook review pages must be set up correctly for Review Manager to work as intended.

How To

  1. From Message Manager Pro
    1. Select the Home tab from the top menu
    2. Select Review Manager
      1. A window will appear showing your shop’s overall score, a breakdown of how many customers left each rating, and a list of reviews sorted by most recent.
  2. Whenever you are finished, you can click the double arrows in the upper right of this window to close it.
  3. To view Negative Reviews:
    1. Open Report Pro
    2. Scroll to the bottom of the reports column on the left
    3. Click “Review Manager Negative Reviews Prevented” under the ProPack section of reports.
