      Seeing a customer's history in Pro Call

      How To


      1. From the customer detail screen

      2. Select the History tab to show the customer's history by line item.

      3. You can quickly search the history by entering search text and hitting enter.

      4. Records in the history that have matching text to your search terms will be highlighted
