An overview of Newsfeed in Account Management Portal (AMP)
Things To Note

It may take up to 24 hours for your initial information to load to Account Manager from initial registry

Newsfeed displays all current repair orders from your shop management system

Supported shop management systems for this feature are; Mitchell1 Teamworks/ShopKey Pro, NAPA Tracs Enterprise, RO Writer SQL, and MaxxTraxx
How To

Log in to dashboard.boltontechnology.com

Select Newsfeed from the top toolbar.
OR -
Log into your Account Management Portal, Click here for steps to log in.

Upon log in you will be directed to the Settings page
-
To access the Newsfeed, click the three lines in the Upper right corner.

Select Newsfeed from the menu

When accessing the Newsfeed module, you will see all current repair orders from your shop management system. The following information is displayed:

Shop Name
-
If you have multiple locations you can ensure you are viewing the correct location
-

Date/Time
-
The last time the ticket was updated
-
-
Vehicle Profile Picture
-
Profile photo associated with the Bolt on Software
-
-
Customer name
-
Clicking on the customer's name will open a new tab with information on the customer. This information includes the following:

Customer Name

Address
-
Phone Numbers
-
Email
-
Customer Notes
-
Vehicles Under the Customer

Vehicle Information
-
Clicking on the vehicle information will open a new tab with information on the vehicle. This information includes the following:

Vehicle Year, Make, and Model

License Plate

VIN

Exterior Color

Transmission

Engine

Body Style/Unit Number

Vehicle Profile Picture

Outstanding Recommendations by Most Recent

Ticket Number

Clicking on the invoice or order number will open a new tab with additional details on the order. This information will include:

Order Date (When Order was Created)

Service Writer

Open/Posted

Total Hours

Order Total

Dollars

Hover over the Dollar Amount for a breakdown of Parts, Labor, and Tax

Inspection Name

If no inspection is performed, the name will show “NO INSPECTION”
