Use Team Chat in Message Manager Pro

Things To Note

• Team Chat lets you send a message to all team members at once, making it a great way to share shop-wide alerts, updates, or announcements.

• If you’re using Mobile Manager Pro on a tablet, Team Chat messages can also be sent directly to that device.

• Unlike Individual Chat, Team Chat is not private and is sent to all team members - For more information on individual chat please see Use Individual Chat

How To

1. From Message Manager Pro

   1. Select the Home tab from the top menu

   2. Select the Chat box from the menu above

      1. A window will appear with a list of team members as well as a drop down menu containing names you can send messages as

2. From the Chat screen

   1. Select the **Team Chat** title from the list on the left side menu

   2. Make sure you select the correct name from the Send As dropdown menu

      1. Write the message that you would like to send to the selected team member in the box labeled Enter Your Message…

      2. Click the grey arrow next to the message box to send your message

      3. You will then see the box on the right begin to fill with the conversation that you have now started with your team

3. When finished simply click the X in the upper right corner to close the chat box
