On each text campaign there will be a section of Basic Filters that will help you with narrowing through the customers that the campaign will be sent to.
Basic Filters


Last Visit
Limit how long it's been since the customer's last visit to the shop was. Consider if you want it sent to anyone who has been in for work recently or if you don’t want it sent to customers who haven’t been in a long time.
Lifetime Visit Count:
Limit how many times they should have visited before receiving the campaign, this can be useful in helping to omit customers that may have only been in once from a more targeted campaign to reach your best customers.
Average Spending Per Visit:
Limit the average spending of the customer to be included in the campaign. This is the average across all repair orders for the customer. For example, if a customer comes in for a $300 repair and then again for a $40 oil change then their average spending per visit would be $170.
Additional Filters
Within a campaign you will have an additional Filters area. This is right below Basic Filters on the campaign screen.


Wait this # of days from last text to / from customer
Will omit any customers who have received any text or sent in a text for that number of days, this is not limited to just campaign texts but will filter out any texting activity including manual texts or messages that a customer may have sent you.
Delay before sending to the same customer
Limit the campaign sending to the same customer in a certain amount of days. Can be useful if you want to send out a couple of Slow Day Blast campaigns in one week so you avoid sending them to the same customers.
Campaign Filter
Will omit any customer that was previously sent a message from the selected campaign/s outside of the campaign you are currently sending from.

Distance from shop
Limit the campaign reach by miles. This is done by miles in a direct path to your shop as a radius and will vary from distance in driving directions. While the driving distance may be 20 miles, the direct path distance could be only 10 or 15 miles
Min Spending on Last Repair Order
Limit the campaign to a minimum amount a customer spent only on their last repair order. This is the total order and includes sales tax.
Vehicle Make
Limit the campaign by make of vehicle - Will only include the vehicle(s) selected. Let’s say you only want to target customers who have either a Mercedes Benz or a BMW, then you would select those two in this filter and it will only populate customers with those vehicles.
