After Visit Follow Up - This campaign is designed to go out to your customers a few days after a repair order is closed to check in on them and make sure they are happy with their last service. This is triggered by the date of the closed Repair Order. Default setting in Retention Pro is set for 2 days after. This trigger can be changed.
Oil change reminders - This is a service reminder campaign based on both time and mileage. The default setting for a standard oil change is 180 days or 5,000 miles/km, whichever comes first. You can adjust this trigger at any time.
Follow up Campaigns - These campaigns are designed to re-engage your customers and keep your shop front-of-mind. By default, they are scheduled for 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 months. Each message is triggered based on the date of the customer’s last repair order, as long as they haven’t had a recent visit.
Appointment Reminders - If we can view your appointments through your point-of-sale system, or you use our Appointment Scheduler/Calendar, this campaign will automatically send your customers a text reminder about their upcoming appointment at the interval you choose. You can adjust this trigger at any time.
Slow Day Blast - This is a one-time campaign designed to bring in additional business during slower periods. It does not use automated triggers; instead, you choose the specific customers you want to send it to.
