Text Campaigns are a great way to send quick information, confirmations, reminders, or follow ups to your customers and can be a huge benefit from your customer’s perspective!
Standard Text Campaign Templates
Below is a listing of the standard texts campaigns you will have set up by default on your Retention Pro account. If you want to learn about a creating a custom campaign click here How To Create A Campaign
After Visit Follow Up - This campaign is designed to go out to your customers a few days after a repair order is closed to check in on them and make sure they are happy with their last service. This is triggered by the date of the closed Repair Order. Default setting in Retention Pro is set for 2 days after. This trigger can be changed.
Oil change reminders - This is a service reminder campaign that is based off a time and mileage interval. Default setting for the standard oil change is 180 days or 5000 mile/km whichever comes first. This trigger can be changed.
Follow up Campaigns - These are designed to reach out to your customers to keep your shop front-of-mind. Default is 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 8 months, 10 months and 12 months. This is triggered off the last repair order from your customer, as long as they have had no recent visits!
Appointment Reminders - If we are able to see your appointments via your point-of-sale or you use our Appointment Calendar this campaign will send a text message reminding your customer of their upcoming appointment at the time interval you set. This trigger is can be changed.
Slow Day Blast - This is a one time campaign used to generate a business to cover a slow period of business. This is a one time blast and does not have triggers but settings for you to choose who you want to send this to.
