We have two styles of editors available for creating email campaigns within Retention Pro, Standard and Advanced.
When you create an email campaign it will automatically start as the standard editor by default. To change it to the Advanced Editor you will want to click “Enabled Advance Editor”. For more information on the Advanced Editor please see Advanced Email Editor

You have the following options to edit an email in this editor;
These options are listed below going from left to right
Fullscreen, Bold, Italics, Underline, Strikeout - Font Family, Font Size, Inline Styles and Paragraph Styles - Paragraph Format, Align, Ordered List, Unordered List, Decrease Indent, Increase Indent, Quote
Insert Link, Insert Image, Insert Video, Insert Table - Emoticons, Special Characters, Insert Horizontal Line, Clear Formatting - Code View
On the right hand side, you have all the variables you can add to the campaign.
To open up the list click the plus sign next to it. To learn more about email variables click here Email Campaign Variables
Please note you will see any errors that will prevent you from sending campaign on the left hand side.
