Show/Hide Message Manager Pro Text Notifications

This article will guide you through how to show or hide the Text Message notifications in Message Manager Pro

Things To Note

  • Messages are sent through Message Manager Pro, so the host computer must remain open for text message notifications to send.

  • Notifications are sent any time a customer texts the phone number linked to your Message Manager Pro application.

  • The text message notifications will appear at the bottom right side of the screen

How To

  1. From Message Manager Pro

    1. Select the Settings tab from the top menu

    2. Click on the General button

      1. You can also select the General option on the left side menu if you already have the Settings window open.

    3. Click on the Show Text Message Notifications On This Computer checkbox

  2. Click Save & Close
