      Setting Up Text to Pay with Stripe and 360 Payments

      How to set up Text to Pay within the Retention Pro system using Stripe and 360 Payments

      Setting Up Text to pay Via Stripe

      1. Click Payments on the left side menu under Service

      2. Click Add Payment Gateway and select Stripe. Click the Complete Onboarding button and fill out the form. Click Add Bank Account and fill out the form. 

      3. Once that is complete you will be able to start sending payment requests in Retention Pro with Stripe. 

       

      Setting up Text to pay Via 360 Payments

      If you would like to use 360Payments for Text-to-Pay you will need an account with 360Payments to sign up. 

       360Payment Fees are negotiated at the time of sign up with 360Payments.

      1. Click here to sign up with 360Payments.  

      2. Once you have signed up with 360Payments, log in to Retention Pro and select Payments from the left side menu under Service.

      3. click Add Payment Gateway and choose 360Payments

      4. Click Edit Credentials. You will need to enter your API Key and Token which 360Payments will provide you with. Once you have entered the credentials click Save Credentials.
